Call for Italian startups and innovative agri-food ideas
“Agritech startup challenge! Innovation for a sustainable agriculture” is an initiative carried out by Corteva Agriscience™ with the organizational support of Sprim Italia. The aim of this challenge is to reward the best startup or innovative idea in sustainable agriculture.
Candidates will have the opportunity to present their project in the following areas of interest:
BLOCKCHAIN
Blockchain solutions that verify the origin of raw materials and guarantee the transparency of the entire agri-food supply chain, with a view to complete traceability and greater food safety.
PRECISION AGRICULTURE & DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM
Business management strategies that use information technologies (such as sensing technologies) to acquire and interpret data, with the aim of improving agricultural production, minimizing environmental damage and raising the quality standards of agricultural products.
BIG DATA IN AGRICULTURE
Technologies for the collection and interpretation of large amounts of data, aimed at improving farm management, supply chain efficiency and product traceability.
