Sowing the Seeds for Circular Agriculture – a Dutch Italian Pollination
We participated in Seeds & Chips, 6-9 May 2019 in Milan, sowing the seeds for a Circular Agriculture and Food System at the most leading food innovation summit in the World!
The Summit brings thousands of innovators together from all over the world to build a better food system for all. Innovation creates opportunities to explore trends, develop product, and discover new technology. Every year, thousands of startups and companies showcase solutions for the entire agrifood chain.
More than ever agriculture and food production have to face global challenges like climate change, sustainable use of natural resources, food security, biodiversity and environment issues. During the conference ‘Sowing the seeds for circular agriculture’, the approach taken by the Dutch government, Dutch research institutes and entrepreneurs was explained in order to tackle these challenges by transforming our production systems towards circular agriculture.
